I usually don't leave reviews, however; the service I received was HORRIBLE. I came in the morning and I'm a first time customer at this location, one of the baristas, I believe her name is Sarah, gave me attitude when she was taking my order, I felt rushed and not at all welcomed. While I was waiting for my drink, I heard that Sarah was talking wildly inappropriate with the other baristas. If there was an option to give negative stars to this location I would!! After this unpleasant experience I would NEVER come here again!!!!

It’s such a small thing (literally) but I walked in for an espresso and they served it to me in a ceramic cup. I hope this marks an inflection point in Starbucks’ evolution. Its drift was toward commodification of the coffee experience, increasingly soulless, but maybe it’s changing course. This is how an espresso is meant to be enjoyed—a ceramic cup and a smile. Thank you Harrison/Alpine Starbucks!

I had a very upsetting experience at this location. When I walked in, I was not greeted at all. I said hello when I walked in and asked the girl if it was okay to sit in an area because I saw her with a mop. I was being CONSIDERATE. I was told that if I planned to stay, I needed to make a purchase, which I understood and responded to very firmly that I was. Shortly after, I was accused of being “too loud. I was then refused service. By the manager saying they have the right to refuse service. Guess what I did, I ordered through my mobile, got my drink l, sat and did my work. Side note: I observed the barista greet other customers. The situation became tense and escalated when the police were called. This response felt completely unnecessary and excessive for what should have been a simple customer service interaction. At no point did I feel respected or welcomed. Overall, this experience left me feeling uncomfortable, singled out, and disappointed. I hope management takes a serious look at how situations like this are handled moving forward.

If I could give this place negative stats I would. I placed an order 25 mins in advanced and when I get there they ask me to pull around and I had to wait about ten more minutes just for me to go inside and my drink has been sitting there. What a disappointment

Starbucks seems to always prioritize a consistent experience for its customers. No matter what Starbucks I enter, I have come to expect a certain type of experience that includes consistent customer service, consistent quality of coffee, and consistent atmosphere. This location was what I expected. No issues. Just a consistent experience, which is what I want as a customer. The coffees were on point. Bathrooms clean. I needed a door code from the barista to enter the bathrooms. The bathrooms also have clean, well-maintained changing stations for babies. I did not use the drive thru, so I can’t comment on that, but my overall experience was as expected, which is great.
